Abstract

The negative oxygen ion PVC wire ring pad comprises a coating layer, a wire ring layer, a functional layer and a bottom layer arranged in sequence from top to bottom, the coating layer, the wire ring layer, the functional layer and the bottom layer each comprise a source of negative oxygen ions capable of releasing negative oxygen ions and far infrared rays; the functional layer is prepared from a functional material, the functional material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:100 parts of PVC emulsified powder, 20 to 80 parts of a plasticizer, 1 to 3 parts of stabilizers, and 120 to 150 parts of negative oxygen ion sources. The negative oxygen ion PVC wire ring pad increases the content of released negative oxygen ions with time, thereby ensuring sufficient negative oxygen ion content in a room and improving air quality more effectively.
