Abstract
The invention discloses a product for adding nicotinamide / or nicotinic acid to perinatal milk goats to enhance antioxidant and immune function of lambs and a use method and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of nutrient feed additive for milk yielding animals. Specifically, adding of nicotinamide to the perinatal milk goats has not effect on lambs' birth weigth and growth and development at the age of 28 days, and length of pregnancy of ewes is unaffected; however, antioxidant and immune capacity of the lambs are remarkably improved, and a foundation for exploring the regulatory effect of maternal B-group vitamin niacinamide nutrition on offspring is laid.
