Abstract

The invention provides an integrated radiation unit, an antenna and a 5G dense antenna array. The integrated radiation unit comprises a radiation unit main body and a feeding network. The radiation unit main body comprises an insulation carrier, at least one radiation face, at least one balun and at least one feeding sheet, wherein the one radiation face, the at least one balun and the at least one feeding sheet are formed on the insulation carrier by electroplating conductive metal. Each balun is grounded. The feeding network is fixed on the radiation unit main body through the surface mounted technology. According to the invention, by use of the insulation carrier, the radiation faces, the feeding sheets and the baluns, wherein the radiation faces, the feeding sheets and the baluns are formed on the insulation carrier through electroplating of the conductive metal, so assembly processes between the radiation faces, the feeding sheets and the baluns are omitted. Through the surface mounted technology, the feeding network is fixed to the radiation unit main body and electrically connected with the feeding sheets. The integrated radiation unit is of an integrated structure. The integration modularization degree is high, processing precision is high, consistency of antenna is improved and quite big bandwidth can be achieved.
