Embodiment 1

[0038] The operation steps of extracting chlorogenic acid from water chestnuts are as follows:

[0039] 1. Selection of raw materials

[0040] Collect the discarded fresh water chestnut skin and buds left over from processing water chestnut starch or canned water chestnuts.

[0041] 2. Beating

[0042] Fresh water chestnut skin, buds and 5% ethanol are mixed and beaten according to the weight-volume ratio of feed liquid 1g:0.1mL to obtain water chestnut skin sprout pulp. The ethanol with a concentration of 5% is the beating agent, and in subsequent batch production, the beating agent is the multifunctional liquid prepared in step 4.

[0043] 3. Preparation of Crude Extract

[0044] Add 5% ethanol to water chestnut skin sprout pulp according to the weight-to-volume ratio of material to liquid 1g:0.5mL, extract at 10°C for 200 minutes, and pass through a 40-mesh sieve to obtain the crude extract and residue of water chestnut chlorogenic acid. Ethanol with a concentration of ...

Embodiment 2

[0054] The specific operation steps for extracting chlorogenic acid from water chestnuts are as follows:

[0055] 1. Selection of raw materials

[0056] Fresh water chestnut starch and fresh water chestnut skin and buds from canned processing waste are selected, and the harvest period of the water chestnut should be in mid-March of that year.

[0057] 2. Beating

[0058] Fresh water chestnut skin, buds and ethanol are mixed and beaten according to the weight-to-volume ratio of feed liquid 1g:2mL to obtain water chestnut skin sprout pulp. Ethanol is the beating agent, and in subsequent batch production, the beating agent is the multifunctional liquid prepared in step 4.

[0059]3. Preparation of Crude Extract

[0060] According to the weight-to-volume ratio of material to liquid 1g:5mL, add ethanol to the water chestnut skin bud slurry, extract at a temperature of 80°C for 10 minutes, and centrifuge at a speed of 15,000 rpm for 10 minutes to obtain the crude extract and resi...

Embodiment 3

[0070] The specific operation steps for extracting chlorogenic acid from water chestnuts are as follows:

[0071] (1) Selection of raw materials

[0072] Choose fresh water chestnut skin and buds. Fresh water chestnut skin and buds are water chestnut epidermis and buds harvested between mid-January of the second year when the water chestnuts mature.

[0073] (2) beating

[0074] Fresh water chestnut skin and buds are mixed with ethanol with a concentration of 50% according to the weight-to-volume ratio of feed liquid 1g: 1mL to obtain water chestnut skin sprout pulp. The ethanol with a concentration of 50% is the beating agent, and in subsequent batch production, the beating agent is the multifunctional liquid prepared in step 4.

[0075] (3) Preparation of crude extract

[0076] Add 50% ethanol to the water chestnut skin sprout pulp according to the weight-volume ratio of feed liquid: 1g:2.5mL, extract for 100 minutes at a temperature of 50°C, and then filter through an 8...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting chlorogenic acid from chufa. The method comprises the following steps: utilizing the remained waste chufa peel and buds of processing chufa starch or chufa cans, pulping, adding an extracting agent, preparing a crude extracting liquid, preparing a refined extracting liquid, concentrating, drying and refining to prepare chlorogenic acid, wherein thechlorogenic acid is a white powder, the content of the chlorogenic acid is 50 to 100 percent, and the contents of oligosaccharide, polysaccharide, cinnamic acid derivatives, flavones and the like are0 to 50 percent. Compared with the traditional production method for extracting the chlorogenic acid by taking honeysuckle as raw materials, the method has the advantage of greatly reducing productioncost. On one hand, the cost of the raw materials is about 300 Yuan per kilogram when the honeysuckle serves as the raw materials to conduct process in the traditional method, but the method does nothave raw material cost; and on the other hand, environmental pollution caused by processing of waste is avoided, and many things are achieved at one stroke. The process is simple and convenient, stable, controllable in investment scale of production equipment, flexible in production and suitable for investment of all sizes of enterprises.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of extraction and preparation of biological products, and in particular relates to a process for extracting chlorogenic acid from water chestnuts. Background technique [0002] Chlorogenic acid has a wide range of biological activities. Modern scientific research on the biological activity of chlorogenic acid has penetrated into many fields such as food, health care, medicine and daily chemical industry. Chlorogenic acid is an important biologically active substance, which has the functions of antibacterial, antiviral, increasing white blood cells, protecting liver and gallbladder, antitumor, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood fat, antioxidation, scavenging free radicals and stimulating the central nervous system. At present, the raw materials for extracting chlorogenic acid mainly include the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides in Eucommiaceae, the dried flower buds of honeysuckle, red glandular honeysuckle, a...
