Embodiment Construction

[0035] like figure 1 and 2 Shown is a laparoscopically assisted ligature for the treatment of the dorsal prostate venous plexus, including head 1, neck 2, abdomen 3, and tail 5 connected in sequence. The head 1 is provided with a right gripper 11 and a left gripper 12 , the gripper is an arc-shaped cylindrical body, and a tubular structure of the head is formed when the left and right grippers are closed. The neck 2 is provided with a right extension arm 21 and a left extension arm 22 that are curved. Abdomen 3 is the laparoscope placement area. exist figure 1 and 2 In the design scheme of the invention, the abdomen 3 is provided with a right support arm 31 and a left support arm 32 in a circular arc shape. When the left and right support arms are closed, the abdomen is in the shape of a circular hole. The tail portion 5 is provided with a right link 51 and a left link 52, which are respectively connected with the right ring 53 and the left ring 54. One end of the extens...

Abstract

The invention provides a laparoscopic-assisted binding ligator for treating prostate back side venous plexuses. The binding ligator comprises a rotating shaft, a head, a neck of a bent extension arm,an abdomen of an arc-shaped supporting arm and a tail, the head is provided with an arc-shaped cylindrical gripper and a tubular structure, and the tail is a connecting rod and connected with a ring. The binding ligator can realize whole suture detachment of the prostate back side mesh deep venous plexuses and surface fascia thereof, a surgery is nearly performed under direct vision, and anatomical layers and structures are more clearly seen in a laparoscopic-assisted manner. Accurate operation is facilitated, wounds are decreased, the surgery can be performed without CO2 pneumoperitoneum, andsurgical indications are widened. The binding ligator can be applied to classic open surgeries and can also be applied to the currently most widespread minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries. Theclinical application of the binding ligator plays an important role in control of venous plexus bleeding and decrease of urethral sphincter injury, and the binding ligator has high clinical application values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of surgical instruments, in particular to a binding ligator for treating the dorsal venous plexus of the prostate with the aid of laparoscope and its application in treating the venous plexus. Background technique [0002] Clamping and ligating blood vessels are two steps in the surgical procedure that can cause bleeding if not handled properly. For example, the major intraoperative complication of radical prostatectomy or total cystectomy is severe bleeding. The prostate is a fibromuscular, elastic gland located deep in the pelvis, between the bladder neck and the urogenital diaphragm, with the pubic symphysis anteriorly and the rectum posteriorly. The vascular plexus around the prostate is abundant, and on the dorsal surface of the prostate, a diffuse plexus of small venous plexuses called the deep dorsal venous plexus complex is formed in different arrangements. At the same time, the variation of its ve...
