The composition comprises 3-5 parts by weight of medicine terminalia fruits, 3-5 parts by weightof belleric terminalia fruits and 6-10 parts by weight of emblic leafflower fruits. The present invention also discloses a processing method of the composition having the effects of dissolving lipidsand refreshing minds. The processing method comprises the following steps: material blending is conducted: the raw materials of 3-5 parts by weight of the medicine terminalia fruits, 3-5 parts by weight of the belleric terminalia fruits and 6-10 parts by weight of the emblic leafflower fruits are taken; crushing is conducted: the above raw materials are crushed to obtain crushed materials; mixingis conducted: a binder is added to the crushed materials; and shaping is conducted.
