The skin conditioner includes at least two kinds of allantoin, bisabolol and tocopheryl acetate; the emollient includes at least one of dodecanol, tridecanol, tetradecanol and pentadecanolbenzoate, dicaprylyl carbonate and octyl polydimethylsiloxane; other components include at least one of phenoxyethanol and an essence.
