The front square plate and the rear square plate simultaneously prop against the moso bamboos under the effect of the compression spring, a casing pipe is held, the cranking bar is clockwise rotated, and then the spiral blade is driven by the rotating shaft so as to fill bamboo tubes with the nutrient soil.
