The adjusting method comprises the steps that a current configuration parameter of an OTA test system and a current test result corresponding to the current configuration parameter are acquired; whether or not the current test result reaches a preset optimal test result is judged; if not, the current configuration parameter and the current test result are input to a pre-trained artificial intelligent model to acquire an adjusted configuration parameter output by the artificial intelligent model, wherein the artificial intelligent model is used for adjusting the input configuration parameter and outputting the adjusted configuration parameter, and a test result corresponding to the adjusted configuration parameter is superior to the test result of the input configuration parameter; and the adjusted configuration parameter is determined as the configuration parameterof the OTA test system in a next test. According to the adjusting method and device, the configuration parameter and the test result of the OTA test system are trained on the basis of artificial intelligence, therefore, the parameter configuration time can be effectively shortened, and the test efficiency can be improved.
