The apparatus comprises a first slide rail, a first slide block, a lifting plate, a first motor, a screw rod, a support frame, a mounting plate, a second motor, a first gear and the like; the first slide rail is arranged at the left side of the top of the ship body; the first slide block is slidably connected on the first slide rail; the lifting plate is connected with the right side of the first slide block; a threaded hole is formed in the left part of the lifting plate; and the first motor is arranged at the left side of the top of the ship body. The apparatus provided by the invention achieves the effect of fast weeding speed and low risk factor. The apparatus pulls waterweeds upwards for a person to take down the waterweeds, so that the possibility that the person falls into water while removing the waterweeds can be reduced, a cutting device can more quickly and better remove the waterweeds, and meanwhile, the work of a user is facilitated.
