Abstract

The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) collecting the kitchen waste, performing recycling, performing sorting, and separating an oil layer in the recycled kitchen waste; (2) crushing kitchen waste generated after separation to formfine slurry; (3) performing instantaneous sterilization on the crushed slurry at high temperature of 100-120 DEG C, and adding a pH regulator into the sterilized slurry to make a pH value reach and maintained at 3.5-4.5 or 9-10; (4) electrolyzing the adjusted slurry obtained in the step 3, and electrolyzing the slurry obtained in the step 2 to form a hypochlorite; and (5) after the salt content in the kitchen waste reaches a standard value, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value to 6-8, and stopping electrolysis.
