The balance assembly comprises a balance main frame, a pulley assembly arranged on the balance main frame and a steel wire rope arranged on the pulley assembly. One end of the steel wire rope is connected with counterweight iron, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with the overturning main frame, and the balance main frame is connected to the balance installation flange.
