Abstract

The device comprises a micro-fluidic chip comprising a main compression channel, an auxiliary compression channel, electrodes, an impedance measurement module and a data processing module; the cross sectional area of the main compression channel is less than the cross sectional area of the cell, so that the cell stretches and flows along the main compression channel; the auxiliary compression channel and the main compression channel are crossed and communicated, the cross sectional area of the auxiliary compression channel is less than the cross sectional area of the side edge of the stretched cell; the electrodes are respectively arranged at the two ends of the auxiliary compression channel, and an electric conduction channel is formed between the two electrodes; the impedance measurement module is connected with the wo electrodes and measures the impedance data of the two electrodes when the cell flows by the cross position of the main compression channel and the auxiliary compression channel; the data processing module is connected with the impedance measurement module, and the cell size and the electrical parameter of the unicell irrelevant to size are calculated according to the acquired impedance data.
