Abstract

The method comprises the steps of step 1, 5g of graphite, 1g of sodium nitrate, 2g of potassium nitrate and 2g of sodium bicarbonate are weighed and placed in a beaker with the capacity being 1000 mL, 150 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid is slowly added into the beaker, the beaker is placed in an ice water bath, and magnetic stirring is conducted for 1 hour; and step 2, 15g of potassium permanganate and 2g of sodium permanganate are weighed and slowed added into the beaker and stirred continuously, the temperature of the mixture in the beaker is maintained to be 30 DEG C or below, then the beaker is placed at the room temperature, and stirring is conduced continuously for 24 hours.
