The system comprises a system server, an intelligent terminal, an NB-IOT chip, a temperature sensor, apositioning module, a processing module and a power supply module, wherein the NB-IOT chip, the temperature sensor, the positioning module and the processing module are electrically connected with the power supply module, respectively; the NB-IOT chip is used for wirelessly transmitting data acquired by the temperature sensor and the positioning module to the intelligent terminal and the system server; the NB-IOT chip is integrated with an SOS, a BB, a PMU, an AP, a Memory, an SP and an ARM; and the processing module is used for controlling the NB-IOT chip to work according to working instructions of the system server and the intelligent terminal, and acquiring and analyzing obtained temperature data and positioning data in cold chains.
