By design of the buffer pads, pressure generated by an outer side of the cable main body can be diffused, the uniform stressof the whole cable is ensured, moreover, external fire is prevented by the flame-retardant layer, the combustibility of the cable is reduced, and the loss degree of emergency condition is reduced.
