Abstract

The material screening device comprises a base, wherein a fixed column isfixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base; a screening box is fixedly mounted on the top of the fixed column; a feed opening is formed in the bottom of the screening box; fixed cabins are fixedly mounted on two sides of an inner cavity of the screening box; a baffle plate is fixedly mounted on the left side of an inner cavity of one of the fixed cabins while a linking rod is fixedly mounted on the right side of an inner cavity of the other fixed cabin; and a servo motor is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the inner cavity of each fixed cabin. By forming a dust discharge port, dust canbe discharged. By additionally mounting a rotating blade and a fixed blade, a material is crushed finer and can more easily pass through an isolation net to arrive the screening box more. In addition,the screening box can reciprocate left and right to screen the material, so that the fine material can fall and is absorbed from an exhaust opening, and therefore, the material is better screened.
