Abstract

Firstly, according to epidemiological investigation ofAcinetobacter baumannii infection in domestic burn patients, collection of epidemic strains is carried out; secondly, the collected pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii are subjected to MLST typing; thirdly, according to step two, the phages of each MLST type of Acinetobacter baumannii are separated, a phage library of pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii is constructed; fourthly, thetreatment effect of the phage library on pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection is tested by animal experiments, more specifically, an effective phage library is obtained.
