Abstract

The identification method and system which are disclosed by the invention have the advantages that activity and distribution of telomerases are regulated through overexpression of Shp-2ShRNA interference plasmidsand mitochondrion-targeted hTERT at a primary culture neonatal rat myocardial cell level, and the mitochondria damage is analyzed and is also alleviated; and relation between the telomerase mitochondrion transposition and mitochondrial functions is clear, a possible mechanism of the telomerase mitochondrion transposition for alleviating the anoxia-reoxygenation injury of the myocardial cells is analyzed, and a basis is provided for a myocardial protection treatment strategy taking telomerase as a target.
