Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a compound as a medicine for treating bacterial glucuronidase caused diseases. The compound is N-desmethylclozapine and metabolite thereof or pharmaceuticallyacceptable salt of the compound. The compound can be used for treating cancers, relieving diarrhea caused irinotecan, gastrointestinal ulcer caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or regulating curative effects and side effects of other medicines through metabolism of bacterial glucuronidase and related diseases caused by the bacterial glucuronidase.
