Problems solved by technology

The asynchronous test and simulation report of Yunnan Power Grid also prove that if the synchronous networking parameters are still used, ultra-low frequency oscillations will occur in Yunnan Power Grid; and a large reduction in parameters will lead to a too slow primary frequency regulation rate of hydropower units
[0004] At present, when dealing with the low-frequency oscillation caused by the negative damping characteristics of the turbine governor, the general solution is to set the dead zone of the primary frequency modulation of the generator to be greater than the dead zone of the DC frequency limiter (Frequency Limit Controller, FLC), but this method does not Not suitable for asynchronous networked sender systems

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method and a system of hydraulic governor parameter setting based on sensitivity analysis. The method comprises the steps of: calculating a frequency response coefficient of a load of an asynchronous networking sending-end system; establishing a water turbine system open-loop transfer function, and solving a corresponding step response function; establishing a state-space equation of a water turbine in the asynchronous networking and a speed regulation closed-loop system thereof according to the calculated frequency response coefficient, and solving the maximum feature value of the real part of the established state-space equation and a corresponding damping ratio; performing feature value sensitivity analysis of the water turbine and the closed-loop system thereof according to the established state-space equation and the maximum feature value of the real part; and combing the solved step response function and the solved damping ratio according to a feature value sensitivity analysis result, taking the optimal primary frequency modulation motion feature of a hydraulic turbine-generator set in the step response as a target, and performing iterationsolution of an optimal parameter of the hydraulic governor. The method and the system of hydraulic governor parameter setting based on sensitivity analysis are high in robustness and good in primary frequency modulation performance and can be widely applied to the field of electric system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power systems, in particular to a method and system for parameter setting of a water turbine governor based on sensitivity analysis. Background technique [0002] In the asynchronous networked high hydropower ratio sending end system, the water hammer effect of the turbine may cause the governor to be unstable. Due to the small load frequency regulation effect coefficient, the system damping is low, which in turn causes ultra-low frequency oscillation. The negative damping characteristic of the hydroelectric unit is the main cause of the low frequency oscillation. Generally speaking, the water turbine and governor will produce negative damping in the low frequency band, and the phase lag of the steam turbine itself is small. When the phase lag of the governor is also small, positive damping will be produced in the low frequency band. These are all related to the parameter setting of the turbine governor. [0003]...
