Abstract

The invention discloses a piezoelectric precision driving-based linear bidirectional actuator and a working method thereof. The actuator mainly comprises phosphor bronze substrates, piezoelectric ceramic sheets and a connection rod, wherein the piezoelectric ceramic sheets are arranged on upper end surfaces of the phosphor bronze substrates. Most of traditional actuators are complicated in structures, are rotation actuators and are difficult to miniaturize. The actuator is formed by oppositely arranging a pair of phosphor bronze substrates and connecting the phosphor bronze substrates by the connection rod, the phosphor bronze substrates are asymmetric in structures, and bidirectional movement of a device on a straight line can be achieved by respectively applying sine-cosine voltages ontothe piezoelectric ceramic sheets on the two phosphor bronze substrates, The piezoelectric precision driving-based linear bidirectional actuator is simple in structure, is easy to miniaturize, can beused in occasions such as medicine supply to a biopsy passage in a digestive canal endoscope and moving of a medicine machine such as biopsy forceps, stable, reliable, accurate and controllable bidirectional moving on a predetermined rail is achieved, and feeding action in a micro passage is achieved.
