The backup braking valve is connected with a pressure relief air cylinder in parallel, and the pressure relief air cylinder is used for sharing pressure with a backup main pipe when a locomotive conducts backup braking so as to reduce the pre-controlpressure of the backup braking relay valve. A control device for controlling the connection and disconnection of the pressure relief air cylinder and the backup main pipe is arranged between the pressure relief air cylinder and the backup main pipe.
