Compared with the prior art, the method solves the defect that analysisof power-network technical-transformation engineering cost depends on manual work. The method includes the following steps: constructing a full-cost bill model of a production technical-transformationengineering project; constructing a full-cost bill-of-quantity library; constructing a bill-of-quantity reference library of to-be-analyzed engineering project files; and carrying out engineering cost analysis based on a bill of quantities. According to the method, historical data are fused and analyzed to obtain the full-cost bill-of-quantity library and a sharing coefficient library through theestablished full-cost bill model of the production technical-transformation engineering project, then the bill-of-quantity reference library of the to-be-analyzed engineering project files is constructed, and the two are automatically compared and analyzed.
