Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic cleaning and filtering system and method for bulldozer transmission. A sensor acquires corresponding parameter information, and controls a hydraulic electromagneticvalve, a motor and a heater according to the parameter information; the hydraulic electromagnetic valve is connected with a controller, and is used for controlling opening, closing and a flowing direction of oil fluid under control of the controller; and the system realizes cyclic filtration of a bulldozer transmission hydraulic system through a hydraulic pump mounted on a bulldozer to filter pollutants such as scrap iron, welding slag and glue residues in the bulldozer transmission hydraulic system into a filter in an oil fluid circulating manner. The system has a lifting function, and can enable oil in an oil tank to rise up, so that the oil fluid can enter bulldozer transmission system components; and after filtration is completed, the oil level in the oil tank is reduced, so that the oil fluid can flow back into the oil tank. The hydraulic cleaning and filtering system for bulldozer transmission controls temperature of the oil fluid at a proper range through the heater and a heat dissipater; and by cooperation with a proper engine speed, the hydraulic cleaning and filtering system guarantees scouring and filtering effects.
