The control method comprises the steps that the actual temperature value of a target area is collected; the position of the target area with the refrigeration need is determined according to the actual temperature value and the set temperature corresponding to the target area; and the air outlet positionis determined according to the position of the target area with the refrigeration need, and the on-off drive units of the corresponding air openings are controlled according to the air outlet position.
