The preparation method of the graphene fabric includes the following steps of (1) modification of graphene oxide, (2) compounding of modified graphene oxide and active dyes, (3) preparation of graphene oxide fabric, (4) reduction of the graphene oxide fabric and (5) surface treatment of the fabric, wherein in the step (2),the active dyes with multiple active groups are dissolved with pure water, the modified graphene oxide obtained in the step (1) is added into an active dye solution for ultrasonic treatment at room temperature to prepare a graphene oxide active dye, and the mass ratio of the dye with multiple active groups to the pure water for dissolution is 1:(13-20). By adding a fire retardant, an anti-ultraviolet agent and an anti-static agent into the graphene cotton fabric obtained in the step (4), the flame retardance, anti-ultraviolet and anti-static capabilities of the graphene fabric can be effectively improved, the wearing comfort degree of people is ensured, and meanwhile, the wearing safety of people is ensured.
