The invention discloses a preparation method for a hyaluronic acid-gelatin-banana extract composite microsphere. The preparation method comprises the following steps: washing banana skin and then preparing a homogenate from the banana skin; carrying out filtering, adding water into the obtained filtrate, and then successively carrying out ultrasonic treatment, filtering with a screen, ultrafiltration, hermetic cooling, freeze-drying and crushing; then dispersing the obtained substance, hyaluronic acid and gelatin in water and successively carrying out ultrasonic treatment, freezing and unfreezing; forming an oil phase from liquid paraffin and span-80 and dropwise adding an unfrozen solution into the oil phase; and adding a cross-linking agent, i.e., glutaraldehyde, and successively carrying out centrifugation, precipitation and washing so as to obtain the hyaluronic acid-gelatin-banana extract composite microsphere.
