When an actuator is damaged and the protection temperature of an engine reaches the preset value, the pipeline valve is turned on; when the actuator is used normally and the protection temperature of the engine is lower than the preset value, the pipeline valve is turned off; and by arranging the error-proofing parallel-connection pipeline in parallel and arranging the pipeline valve, so that the big circulation still can be opened under the condition that the motor thermostat is damaged, the problem that the water temperature of the engine is too high due to damage of the thermostat is prevented, the error-proofing function is provided, and the opening reliability of the engine is guaranteed.
