Abstract

The invention relates to a charge-discharge-storage integrated station control method based on improved V2G (vehicle-to-grid) and priority scheduling. The charge-discharge-storage integrated station includes a charge station, an electrical changing station and a cascade station. The charge-discharge-storage integrated station control method includes the steps: 1) respectively taking every electricvehicle entering the charge-discharge-storage integrated station and the energy storage battery in the cascade station as one group of independent battery energy storage system, and predicting the real-time load distribution of the charge-discharge-storage integrated station; 2) determining the discharge lower limit of each group of battery energy storage system; 3) determining the charge-discharge priority of each substation in the charge-discharge-storage integrated station; and 4) according to the real-time power grid scheduling command and the predicted real-time load distribution, takingthe discharge lower limit of each group of battery energy storage system as the constraint condition, and according to the charge-discharge priority, determining the charge-discharge state of the each group of battery energy storage system. Compared with the prior art, the charge-discharge-storage integrated station control method based on improved V2G and priority scheduling can effectively avoid reducing the charging experience of the user because of over discharge of the electric vehicle which takes part in V2G, receives excess discharging and receives power grid scheduling, and achieves win-win of the electric vehicle user and the power grid.
