Problems solved by technology

However, this sewing method needs to be used for dissolving and removing the soluble fiber that embodies the elasticity of the elastic fiber, so the sewing cost is increased, and obvious pinholes are left on the seamed part of the sewn product, making the sewing process difficult. The appearance of the product is damaged

Embodiment 1

[0028] A sewing thread, comprising the following steps:

[0029] 1. Water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers are used as raw materials to make sewing threads of different yarn counts and thicknesses;

[0030] 2. Dry and shape the sewing thread at high temperature;

[0031] 3. Wax the finished sewing thread.

[0032] The sewing thread in step 1 adopts the wrapping process to make the sewing thread, and the raw material is 6 long filament fibers.

[0033] The elongation at break of the sewing thread of step one is 60%.

[0034] The high-temperature drying and setting temperature in step 2 is controlled between 115°C, which can effectively improve the toughness of the sewing thread and speed up the drying efficiency.

[0035] A coloring method for sewing thread, comprising the following steps:

[0036] a. Feed the sewing thread continuously, and immerse the sewing thread in a coloring solution containing ultraviolet curable resin, photopolymerization initiator, pigment and orga...

Abstract

The invention relates to a sewing thread and a dyeing method thereof. A method for manufacturing the sewing thread includes the following steps: 1, using water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers as a raw material to form sewing threads with different yarn counts and different thickness; performing high temperature drying shaping on the sewing threads; and performing waxing treatment on the shaped sewing threads. The dyeing method includes: continuously feeding the sewing threads; soaking the sewing threads in a dyeing solution including ultraviolet curing resin, a photopolymerization initiator,pigment and an organic solvent to perform surface treatment; drying the sewing threads after surface treatment; and using ultraviolet light to radiate the dried sewing threads to cure the sewing threads. The phenomenon that the common sewing threads wrinkle up can be avoided, the manufacturing method of the sewing threads is simple to operate, the flatness of sewing seams can be improved, and thequality of products can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of sewing thread manufacturing, and in particular relates to a sewing thread and a coloring method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the past, when sewing, for example, stretchable fabrics using general sewing threads that are not stretchable, the stretchability of the fabric at the stitched portion was reduced, and the characteristics of the fabric could not be exhibited. Furthermore, when an excessive elongation force is applied to the stitches during the sewing process of the stretchable fabric, the non-stretchable sewing thread is likely to break. [0003] Therefore, when it is necessary to impart stretchability to the stitch portion, stretchability can be produced by forming a stitch having a structure such as double overlock seam, overlock seam, or zigzag seam. However, these stitches not only require a special sewing machine for the formation of the structure, but also require a long time for...
