The low-voltage booster system comprises a 24V battery, a 24V emergency controller, and a low-pressure oil pump motor. When the vehicle is running, the high-pressure booster system is turned on, and the 24V emergency controller monitors the rotation speed of the high-pressure pump motor and receives the enabling signal of the steering oil pump; when the current rotation speed of the high-pressure pump motor is less than the previous speed, and the speed difference is greater than the set threshold, and an enabling signal of the steering oil pump is still received, then it is determined that the high-pressure booster system is abnormal, and the 24V emergency controller automatically starts the low-pressure booster system to drive the steering oil pump, thereby achieving a smooth switching between the high and low pressure booster system to avoid the time delay caused by the process of sending the emergency start command by the vehicle controller.
