Embodiment 1

[0072] like image 3 Shown is a half-elevation view of a small prestressed concrete box girder with a span of 30m. The mid-span section size and reinforcement are as follows Figure 4 As shown, the calculated span of the test beam is 29.0m, the height at the center of the beam is 1.8m, the design strength level of the concrete is C50, and the common steel bars except Figure 4 Except for the Φ16HRB335 steel bar at bid 1, the other bids 2, 3, 4, and 5 are all Φ10R235 steel bars. The prestressed tendons use high-strength, low-relaxation steel strands with a nominal diameter of 15.24mm. The standard tensile strength is f pk =1860MPa, tension control stress is 1395MPa, relaxation rate≤2.5%. The small box girder is equipped with 8 bundles, each with 4 prestressed tendons.

[0073] The specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0074] Step 1: The test uses a single-point repeated loading of the mid-span reaction frame, and a pair of pressure sensors are arranged at the botto...

Embodiment 2

[0082] like Figure 16 As shown, it is a half-elevation view of a prestressed concrete hollow slab with a span of 20m. The mid-span section size and reinforcement are as follows Figure 17 As shown, the calculated span of the test beam is 19.0m, the beam height is 0.9m, the concrete design strength grade is C40, the ordinary steel bar is Φ8R235 steel bar, and the prestressed bar is high-strength and low-relaxation steel strand with a nominal diameter of 15.24mm. Tensile strength f pk =1860MPa, tension control stress is 1395MPa, relaxation rate≤2.5%. There are 4 bundles of hollow slabs, each with 7 prestressed tendons.

[0083] The specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0084] Step 1: The test uses a single-point repeated loading of the mid-span reaction frame, and a pair of pressure sensors are arranged at the bottom of the distribution beam to control the load. The loading conditions are shown in Table 2. The camera is used to collect the crack map of the mid-spa...

Abstract

The invention discloses an assessment method of the degree of injury of concrete member crack fractals. The method mainly includes the following steps that image collecting equipment is installed nearthe surface of a concrete member for collecting member surface images in real time, the images are processed, whether or not cracks exist is recognized, if not, it is judged that no injury happens tothe structure, and if yes, a crack image is generated; the distances between the cracks are counted, a representative crack distance is obtained through calculation by means of a crack distance histogram, and a largest crack image is generated according to the representative crack distance; fractal dimensions of the collected actual crack image and the largest crack image are calculated through abox-counting method; through the crack image fractal dimensions, the degree of injury of the structure is calculated, and injury quantitative analysis is conducted on the structure. The invention provides the assessment method of the degree of injury of a concrete beam bridge based on the crack image fractal dimensions. The method can be applied to fast assessment of the degree of injury of a similar bridge through cracks on the corresponding structure surface.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of structural health monitoring, and belongs to a method for evaluating the degree of damage of concrete structures, in particular to a method for evaluating the degree of damage of crack fractals of concrete components. Background technique [0002] Concrete structures are widely used in the field of civil engineering. The most direct manifestation of their damage is the cracks in the concrete in the tension area and their continuous expansion. The development of cracks plays a key role in the durability and safety of the structure to a large extent. Therefore, it is natural to think of structural damage research by extracting the crack characteristics of concrete structures. With the emergence and development of fractal theory, the description of irregular cracks has been better promoted to the quantitative stage. [0003] Fractal geometry theory mainly takes irregular geometry as the analysis object, and...
