Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing intelligent sending of a civil aviation telegram through a computer. The method comprises the following steps: S1) receiving an FPL telegram; S2) verifying the telegram format of the FPL telegram, and if the verification result is right, carrying out the step S3); S3) verifying take-off and landing airports, flight number and take-off and landing timeof the flight in the FPL telegram, and if the verification result is right, carrying out the step S4); S4) searching whether a flight plan of the flight exists, and if the flight plan exists and thetake-off and landing airports of the flight belong to a current control area, carrying out the step S5); S5) carrying out airway verification of the flight, and if the airway verification result is right, carrying out the step S6); S6) judging whether the FPL telegram needs forwarding, and if so, carrying out the step S7); and S7) forwarding the FPL telegram to each telegram reception address of each control area along an estimated air route of the flight.
