Problems solved by technology

[0008] The above-mentioned nano-scale calcium hydroxide needs to be combined with water when used, which will cause damage to limestone and mural cultural relics, and the preparation steps are relatively cumbersome
[0009] Since 2008, Europe, especially Germany, has made great progress in the research of nanolime in recent years. By adopting the process from molecule to nanometer, metal calcium and organic alcohols are polymerized into calcium alcoholate, and then hydrolyzed by calcium alcoholate to obtain 50% calcium alcoholate. ~250nm fine particles of nano-scale lime, but the nano-lime synthesized by this method is concentrated in a narrow range, 50-200nm, because the particles are too small, and the agglomeration is fast, which will also be limited in practical engineering applications

[0053]

[0054] Examples 1 to 6 were tested according to the "performance test" section, and tested after standing for two months. The results are shown below. The particle diameters are divided into six grades I~VI from large to small, and the particle size ranges (microns) shown by grades I~VI are: 0.03~0.20, 0.21~0.36, 0.37~0.52, 0.53~0.68, 0.69~ 0.84, 0.85~1.10.

[0056]

[0057]The data in the table shows that under this dispersion system, the product still exhibits good characteristics after standing for two months, and no sedimentation and flocculation occurs. At the same time, it shows that the particle size of different dispersants also shows different sizes. It can be seen from the table that the particle size o...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of nanoscale calcium hydroxide, and relates to the technical field of adhesive for preservation of cultural relics. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing: mixing calcium hydroxide with alcohol solvents so as to form mixed liquid; (2) dispersing: adding an anti-agglomeration auxiliary agent into the mixed liquid, and then dispersing to form a dispersed material; (3) grinding: adding a grinding auxiliary agent into the dispersed material, and then grinding to form ground material; (4) filtering: filtering the ground material, and then obtaining a product. The calcium hydroxide adhesive prepared by the method does not contain moisture, is especially suitable for repairing limestone and mural painting cultural relics, and does not cause secondary diseases and irreversible damage; furthermore, the calcium hydroxide is good in dispersity and small in particle size, so that the calcium hydroxide adhesive is good in permeability during use; the preparation method is simple and is not complicated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of binders for cultural relics protection, in particular to a preparation method of nano-scale calcium hydroxide. Background technique [0002] Features such as finishes, stuccoes and paintings on architectural and stone artifacts often contain important information about the history of the architectural artifact and are also strong physical evidence of the state of traditional materials and techniques at the time. However, their cultural significance is closely related to the built environment and directly related to the integrity and authenticity of the building. Therefore, it is very important to preserve the characteristics of historical building surfaces, stuccoes and paintings in situ. [0003] In situ conservation techniques include surface curing and crevice grouting. [0004] The commonly used material for curing the surface of porous inorganic non-metallic materials is ethyl orthosilicate. This ty...
