Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation method for rapid breeding of Davidia involucratab branches. The method comprises the following steps: (1) branches with buds of Davidia involucrate are collected as explants; (2) disinfection and sterilization are carried out; (3) branches with buds are induced in order to generate cluster buds, and multiplication culture is carried out; (4) cultivation of strong seedlings is carried out; (5) rooting culture is carried out; (6) seedling exercising treatment and transplanting are carried out; (7) water and fertilizer management is carried out. The method can be used for effectively improving artificial reproduction speed of Davidia involucratab, and improving survival rate of seedlings of Davidia involucratab.
