Problems solved by technology

[0002] The existing high-pressure sodium lamp drive circuit is generally directly driven by a high-energy-consuming power-frequency inductor; there are common problems such as unadjustable power output of sodium lamps and difficult maintenance.
[0003] 1. Equipment maintenance is difficult
[0004] The daily maintenance of the equipment needs to be done manually, the workload is heavy, and the damaged equipment cannot be replaced in a timely and effective manner
When the equipment fails, it needs to be detected manually. Due to the high voltage, it is very easy to get an electric shock
[0005] 2. Low resource utilization
It is relatively difficult to change the working power of the lamp, and the brightness cannot be adjusted in real time according to the flow of people and vehicles, which wastes a lot of power resources

Abstract

The invention is a high-power remote-control dimmable high-voltage sodium lamp driver comprising a filter rectifier circuit, an active power factor correction circuit, an HID small signal processing and protection circuit, a remote control module, a half-bridge inverter circuit and a pulse ignition circuit. The input terminal of the filter rectifier circuit is connected with 220-V commercial power and the output terminal of the filter rectifier circuit is connected with the active power factor correction circuit. According to the invention, on the basis of the two-stage-structure high-frequency drive circuit, an acoustic resonance problem is solved by chaotic modulation; with the STM32 control operation, connection or disconnection, gradient dimming, remote control, real-time monitoring and other functions of the high-voltage sodium lamp are realized; and the reliability of the drive circuit is improved and the energy is saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a driver, in particular to a driver for a high-power high-power sodium lamp that can be remotely controlled and dimmable. Background technique [0002] The existing high-pressure sodium lamp driving circuit is generally directly driven by a high-energy-consuming power-frequency inductor; there are common problems such as unadjustable power output of sodium lamps and difficult maintenance. [0003] 1. Equipment maintenance is difficult [0004] The daily maintenance of the equipment needs to be done manually, the workload is heavy, and the damaged equipment cannot be replaced in a timely and effective manner. When the equipment fails, it needs to be detected manually. Due to the high voltage, it is very easy to get an electric shock. [0005] 2. Low resource utilization [0006] The power factor is low, and the circuit consumes a lot of energy. It is relatively difficult to change the working power of the lamp, and the brigh...
