Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic circulating breeding wastewater treatment device and a method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection. The device comprises a solid-liquid separation system, a solid organic matter recycling system, a liquid treatment system and a recovery system. The method comprises the following steps: pushing a conveyer trough by using the gravity effect to convey breeding wastewater; breaking night soil in the breeding wastewater to realize solid-liquid separation, circularly flushing the night soil by sewage obtained after the solid-liquid separation, adsorbing the remaining wastewater through connecting an active carbon tube, and further treating the swage by using the biological treatment of a biological rotating disc; and fermenting the solid organic matters and the adsorbed and precipitated sludge by a biogas tank to produce biogas in order to the recycling of the solid organic matters. The device and the method realize respective recycling of the breeding wastewater after solid-liquid separation, and also can automatically collect the solid organic matters in the breeding wastewater and ferment the solid organic matters to produce the biogas, so the treatment cost of the breeding wastewater is effectively reduced.
