Abstract

The heating structure comprises two switch power supplies, a temperature sensor, a display, a control circuit and a field effect transistor, which are arranged in the motor, wherein the two switch power supplies form a pulse width modulation circuit through connection of the field effect transistor and the control circuit, the pulse width modulation circuit is connected to the winding of the motor, the control circuit is further connected to the temperature sensor, the temperature sensor detects the instant temperature of the winding of the motor and transmits electric signals to the display, and the control circuit adjusts the input current according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor. The motor insulation heater utilizes the principle of low voltage and heavy current to heat the winding of the motor, and the frequency conversion allows automatic adaptation of the inductance value of the motor. The insulation of the motor can be repaired without dismounting the motor. The motor is not dismounted, and only connecting a power line and turning on a power switch are needed. Heating temperature can be controlled automatically.
