Embodiment 1

[0016] A method for improving the survival rate of loquat trees in hilly areas, comprising the following steps:

[0017] 1) From September to November, select 1-2 year-old branches with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm as the scion; at the base of the scion, cut a long cut surface with a length of 2-2.5 cm from the xylem, and cut the opposite side into a 45-degree slope. Short cut noodles with a length of 1-1.5cm, the intersection of the two knives forms a line, reverse the scion, leave 1-2 bud eyes and cut off, cut the scion into a wedge shape, 3-4cm long, with 1-2 full bud eyes, the bud eyes should be in the Between the two cut surfaces, the long and short cut surfaces should be straight. The scion was inserted in wet sand before grafting; 20 mL of potassium permanganate solution with a mass concentration of 10% was added to each kilogram of wet sand.

[0018] 2) Graft the scion on the loquat tree by grafting; apply the healing agent evenly on the grafting site and then bandage it; ...

Embodiment 2

[0020] Embodiment 2: basically the same as Embodiment 1, the difference is:

[0021] The healing agent includes the following ingredients in parts by weight: 3 parts of carbendazim, 0.25 parts of copper sulfate pentahydrate, 0.3 parts of urea, 0.25 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.03 parts of ferrous sulfate, 0.05 parts of boric acid, 1 part of sodium citrate, 4 parts of sodium naphthalene acetate, 0.2 parts of 6-benzylaminoadenine, 4 parts of EM solution, and 55 parts of water. Carbendazim is a wettable powder. EM solution is a commercially available product.

[0022] Check the survival situation about 25-30 days after grafting. After 40-50 days, the new shoots will show that the grafting is alive, and the survival rate reaches 92.5%.

Embodiment 3

[0024] A method for improving the survival rate of loquat trees in hilly areas, comprising the following steps:

[0025] 1) From September to November, select 1-2 year-old branches with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm as the scion; at the base of the scion, cut a long cut surface with a length of 2-2.5 cm from the xylem, and cut the opposite side into a 45-degree slope. The scion was inserted in wet sand before grafting; 20 mL of potassium permanganate solution with a mass concentration of 10% was added to each kilogram of wet sand.

[0026] 2) Graft the scion on the loquat tree by grafting; apply the healing agent evenly on the grafting area and then bandage; whe...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for increasing the survival rates of loquat trees in hilly areas. The method is characterized by comprises the following steps: 1) in September to November, selecting twigs of 1-1.5cm in thickness and 1-2 year old as scions; firstly inserting the scions into wet sand before grafting; 2) in a grafting mode, grafting the scions with loquat tree bodies, smearing grafted parts with a healing agent, and wounding the grafted parts; 3) checking the survival rates about 25-30 days after grafting, and judging that the grafting is successful when new buds sprout out 40-50 days later. Due to scion treatment and healing treatment on calluses of the grafted parts, not only is the survival rate of grafting increased, but also nutrient components can be provided for loquat trees.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fruit tree planting, and in particular relates to a method for improving the survival rate of loquat trees in hilly areas. Background technique [0002] Loquat tree is an evergreen small tree, which requires higher temperature, and the annual average temperature can grow normally above 12°C. Grafting of loquat trees is usually done in spring. Select a mother tree with high quality and high yield for more than three years, and cut the lignified spring shoots from the periphery or middle and upper part of the crown as the scion for grafting. And when branching, it is advisable to keep some rootstock leaves or water-absorbing branches under the joint to facilitate survival. However, when grafting is carried out in autumn, due to the limitation of the growth temperature of the loquat tree, the survival rate can only be about 30%. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to overcome the deficiencies in the prior ...
