The method comprises the steps of firstly, importing thin-layer CT data of a patient into image reconstruction software to carry out three-dimensional reconstruction on an operative region, determining the tumor edge and simulating hemipelvic resection on a computer; secondly, designing the acetabulum guide plate by combining the pelvic morphology after hemipelvic resection according to the spatial position of a contralateral (original) acetabulum; and finally importing an STL file of the designed acetabulum guide plate into a 3D printing device to print the acetabulum guide plate, and then sterilizing and packaging.
