Abstract

The invention discloses a sorting system of Internet of things based on an RFID technology. The system comprises a carrier loader, a navigation magnetic track and a plurality of warehousing and transportation device. The carrier loader comprises a body, a mechanical arm and a rotary transferring device. Master control devices are arranged on the body and the mechanical arm. The transferring device is composed of three second-control conveyor belts which are mounted on a chassis capable of rotating at 360 degrees. The chassis is fixed on the body. Master controllers are separately connected to a wireless communication module, a chassis motor drive, a fault detection and body diagnosis module, an anti-collision and obstacle avoidance sensor module, a radio frequency positioning label, an RFID reader-writer and a CAN bus communication module. The wireless communication module is in monitoring connection to an upper computer. By applying the radio frequency RFID technology to a cargo sorting process, accurate information acquisition, transmission, feedback and control of cargoes in the sorting process can be realized by applying an intelligent control policy, so that cargo information is shared.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics sorting, and relates to an Internet of Things sorting system based on RFID technology. Background technique [0002] At present, most of the warehousing and logistics sorting systems use barcode identification to collect product information. Because traditional barcodes are easy to be stained, accurate alignment is required, and the requirements for environmental conditions are high. It is difficult to meet the requirements of modern logistics management without batch identification. Therefore, warehousing logistics urgently needs to apply more advanced identification, sorting and handling technologies to improve management, reduce costs and improve efficiency. [0003] The automatic sorting system was first used in the postal department of our country. The main function of the sorting machine is to sort the parcels or printed matter according to the mailing address. The use of the automatic sor...
