By adopting the method, the propagation coefficient of vaccinium uliginosum is improved; the rooting cycle is shortened; the growth of stems, leaves and root systems is accelerated; vaccinium uliginosum tissue culture seedlings grow thick and strong; leaf areas are enlarged; and the transplanted survival rate is improved. According to the vaccinium uliginosum tissue culture seedlings cultivated by the method, the content of soluble sugar and anthocyanin in the leaves is obviously improved; the anti-adversity ability of the seedlings can be effectively improved; and the strong seedling transplantation and the subsequent adaptive capacity of the seedlings are improved by a large margin. Compared with used traditional white fluorescent lamps, the red and blue color mixing LED light sources save electric energy effectively; the cost is reduced while the quality of the vaccinium uliginosum tissue culture seedlings is comprehensively improved; and an efficient and economical method for cultivating the strong seedlings for the vaccinium uliginosum tissue culture and rapid propagation is provided.
