Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0032] A control method for temperature-controlled HVAC with a detection device. The surface temperature of the object is obtained by the temperature sensing device according to the infrared spectral radiation of the object to control the on and off of the temperature-controlled HVAC. The method requires the emissivity to be at a selected wavelength has approximately the same linear relationship with temperature, namely:

[0033] ε i2 =ε i1 [1+k(T 2 -T 1 )]

[0034] In the formula, ε i1 is the wavelength λ i , the spectral emissivity when the temperature is T1; ε i2 is the wavelength λ i , the spectral emissivity when the temperature is T2; T1 and T2 are the temperatures at two different times; k is the coefficient;

[0035] Remember V i1 is the output signal of the i-th channel at the first temperature T1, record V i2 is the output signal of the i-th channel at th...

Abstract

The invention provides temperature-controlled heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment with a detection device and a control method thereof. The equipment comprises a filtering sheet which is installed at an upper position of a communication signal transmission, the communication transmission signal which is arranged at a middle position of a control device and the filtering sheet, a temperature sensing device which is arranged at a lower position of a drive circuit, and a heating layer which is arranged at a lower left position of the temperature sensing device. The surface temperature of an object is obtained by the temperature sensing device according to the infrared spectral radiation of the object, and on-off of the HVAC equipment is controlled according to the surface temperature. According to the invention, the surface temperature of an object is obtained by a sensing module in the temperature sensing device according to the infrared spectral radiation of the object, and on-off of the HVAC equipment is controlled according to the surface temperature. The temperature is controlled by a temperature control tube, which is very convenient. The temperature can be adjusted manually through a plane adjustment button. The temperature can be monitored in real time through a wireless communication module and a temperature measurement module. The control device and the temperature sensing device work together to ensure an appropriate temperature range. The equipment and the control method are intelligent and convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of temperature control, and in particular relates to a temperature-controlled heating system with a detection device and a control method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, there are mechanical and electronic temperature controllers. According to the temperature change of the working environment, physical deformation occurs inside the switch, thereby producing some special effects, and a series of automatic control elements that produce conduction or disconnection actions. Or electronic components provide temperature data to the circuit according to different working conditions at different temperatures for the circuit to collect temperature data. However, the existing temperature-controlled HVAC with a detection device has the problems of inconvenient control, insufficient functions, and high manufacturing cost. [0003] Therefore, it is very necessary to invent a temperature-controlled hea...
