The invention further provides a preparation method of emulsion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a mixed solution of the first grease phase and the oil-in-water type emulsifier into the water phase to prepare oil-in-water emulsion; by taking the oil-in-water emulsion as the inner phase, adding the inner phase into a mixed solution containing the water-in-oil type emulsifier and the second grease phase; and stirring uniformly to obtain the multi-emulsion composition. According to the multi-emulsion composition provided by the invention, the first grease phase has a smaller emulsification grain diameter and has high and low temperature stability in a wider temperature range, and can be used and transported under different environments.
