Benefits of technology

This new type of mixture helps improve soil quality for better use on agricultural crops or other purposes like forestry production. It also increases its effectiveness at reducing harmful chemicals released from manure waste treatment processes that are used during landfill disposal operations.

Problems solved by technology

This patent describes different types of microbiological fertils called Rhizobium, which help plants grow better without causing negative side impacts on their surrounding environments such as soil, aquatic waters, air, land, and crops. These fertiles contain live organisms that work together like roots to provide benefits over time. They act synergistically when combined with certain beneficial compounds produced during industrial processes. Overall, these technical problem addressed by the patented technology involves finding ways to create safer and sustainable farming systems while reducing costs associated therewith.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of the development of plant growth promoting bacteria, and concretely relates to a mixed inoculant and an application thereof in the promotion of compost decomposition. The mixed inoculant is obtained through the following steps: inoculating 1L of a sterilized LB nutrient solution with a Ureibacillus suwonensis strain TB42 seed solution, a Bacillus licheniformis strain TA65 seed liquid and a Geobacillus thermodenitrificans strain TB62 seed solution at a respective inoculation amount of 1% (v/v), culturing the above strains in a shaking bed (50 DEG C, 120 rpm) for 24 hours, and collecting the obtained culture solution. The mixed inoculant improves the compost temperature, accelerates the degradation of organic matters and the degradation of DOMs, improves the content of Kjeldahl nitrogen and promotes the decomposition of compost.
