Abstract

The invention provides a coaxility testing tool which is composed of a hexagonal flange nut, a measuring column and a testing sleeve. In use, a conical part on the measuring column matches a conical hole of a tested workpiece. The hexagonal flange nut matches a threaded column on the measuring column. The measuring column is fixed on the workpiece. The inner hole of the testing sleeve matches the measuring column so that the conical surface of the testing sleeve contacts with the opening of a phiE hole on the workpiece. Whether the whole conical surface uniformly contacts with the opening of the phiE hole is observed; if yes, qualification of the tested coaxiality is determined, and otherwise, unqualification of the tested coaxility is determined. The coaxility testing tool can test coaxility of a straight hole on the tested workpiece relative to axis of the conical hole in use. Furthermore the coaxility testing tool has advantages of simple structure, high testing precision, safe and stable performance, low manufacturing cost, etc.
