Abstract

The invention discloses a software defined network realization method based on ForCES (Forwarding and Control Element Separation). According to the method, on the basis of an SDN frame of a Neutron, a realization scheme based on a ForCES extension plug-in is provided. The basic architecture of the ForCES extension plug-in comprises two parts: the plug-in and plug-in agents. The plug-in establishes a three-layer route through message interaction with the Neutron and converts attribute operation of a user for logic function blocks into specific operation for a virtual network, the route and network interfaces. The plug-in agents are located on network nodes and computing nodes, are containers for placing logic function block entities and are used for realizing network layer processing of data packets.
