[0136] Taking the energy-saving technology of solar water heaters as the research object, the research site is the Panxi area of China. The case calculates the base cost for electricity, liquefied petroleum gas, and firewood respectively. Through research and using the TFN-AHP method introduced in this paper, the input and output values were obtained. A total of 34 valid questionnaires were used, as shown in Table 2. Since the comprehensive consumer satisfaction of electricity No. 7, liquefied gas No. 8, and firewood No. 3 are all less than 5 points, they are discarded, so 13, 12, and 6 decision-making units for the DEA model are obtained respectively.
