Abstract

The invention discloses a fast decoupled power flow calculation method for serially compensating a power grid containing small impedance branches. Before power flow calculation is carried out, the small impedance branches of which resistance values are greater than reactance absolute values are first processed, and each small impedance branch is changed into a form of serially connecting the two branches, wherein impedance of one branch is that z1 equals to the sum of r, and j (x+xav), the impedance of the other branch is that z2 equals to -jxav, and the xav is a normal reactance mean of a power system. One small impedance branch is changed into two branches with greater impedance by serial compensation, so that the astringency of power flow calculation can be improved; the small impedance branches with any impedance can be calculated. According to the fast decoupled power flow calculation method disclosed by the invention, the small impedance branch with r being greater than an absolute value of x is only compensated, and the number of newly-added nodes and branches is effectively reduced; compared with an existing patent method, the fast decoupled power flow calculation method has the advantages that memory occupancy is less and the calculation speed is higher; data are preprocessed and power flow calculation procedures do need to be changed.
